We do, however, allow certain third parties to collect information through our website and we disclose information to third parties for business purposes as described here, including for marketing — for example, to deliver promotions or to advertise on other sites based on your activity across sites and devices. Because it is not always clear whether such disclosures count as a "sale" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we allow California residents and others to exercise the rights described below.

Use of Web Technologies

We and our third-party advertising and analytics providers use cookies, tracking pixels, and local storage (including log files) to collect information from your browser or device. By using our website, you consent to these technologies. They fall into the categories below.

Type of cookie What it does
Strictly required Essential to operate the site and provide its features; these cannot be turned off. Without them, functions like secure checkout and account login would not work. They also let us remember your location or language, login, and privacy preferences.
Functional Enable additional features and personalized settings, set by us or by service providers we use. If disabled, some features may not work properly.
Analytics and statistics Help us understand how the site is accessed, used, and performing so we can improve it — for example, understanding visitors, testing designs, counting unique users, and diagnosing errors. We use tools such as Google Analytics; you can opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Marketing and retargeting Allow us and third-party advertising and social media companies to record your activity across sites so relevant ads can be shown, to limit ad repetition, and to measure ad effectiveness, including across your devices.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of certain information we hold about you, request that we delete certain information, or ask for more detail about our practices. See the EU and California sections below.

Limiting tracking via your settings. You can block cookies and similar technologies through your device, app, or browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will likely affect your ability to use the site.

Opting out of third-party tracking. Third-party ad networks and measurement services may set their own cookies and identifiers to deliver tailored ads, limit repetition, and measure usefulness. These are governed by each third party's own privacy policy, not this one. To learn about interest-based advertising and your choices:

Opting out only stops targeted ads from participating members and may not stop all targeted content. If you clear cookies, switch browsers, or use a different device, you may need to opt out again.

Opting out of direct marketing. Our emails and notifications may use pixels to tell us whether you opened a message and how you interacted with it. To be removed from our marketing list, email us at [support@byrawform.com] with "REMOVE" in the subject line.

Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, though we may choose to in the future.

EU / UK Users

RAWFORM is based in the United States, and we primarily process data in the United States, where many of our service providers operate.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to have certain data corrected or erased. You also have the right to data portability and to restrict or object to certain processing, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email [support@byrawform.com]. We will respond as soon as practicable and no later than one month after receipt. We may request proof of identity to verify your request. We may deny or restrict a request in limited cases, such as where fulfilling it would risk another person's privacy or where continued processing is required by law; if so, we will explain why. If you have a concern, please contact us first at [support@byrawform.com] and we will do our best to resolve it.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may exercise the rights below under the CCPA. We will review each request and will not discriminate against you for making one. You may:

  • Request a list of (i) the personal information we have collected about you, (ii) the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed it, and (iii) the categories of third parties to whom we have "sold" it. You may make up to two access requests every twelve months.
  • Request deletion of your account and personal information.
  • Request, at any time, that we stop "selling" (as defined by the CCPA) your personal information.

To make a request, email [support@byrawform.com]. We will use the information you provide only to fulfill your request. You may also use an authorized agent; to designate one, send a notarized power of attorney or notarized authorization letter, or the request will be denied.

International Users

RAWFORM is based in the United States, and some of our servers and operations are located there. Information you provide, or that we obtain through your use of the website, will be processed and transferred to the United States and subject to United States law, which may differ from the laws of your country of residence. By using the website or providing information to us, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing. We reserve the right to modify or deny access to our services based on your location.

Privacy Policy Updates

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it regularly. Changes will be posted here, and we will notify you of material changes. The effective date at the top reflects the last update. By maintaining an account or using our services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

Keeping Your Information Accurate

If your personal information changes, or you no longer wish to use our services, contact us using the details below and we will help update your account. If your account closes or becomes inactive, we will continue to protect your information as described here.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with applicable law. We use industry-recognized physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. No system or method of internet transmission is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information within industry standards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our staff are trained to safeguard your information, and internal controls limit access based on job function.

No Information Collected From Children

We do not knowingly collect or sell information from children, as defined by applicable law, without parental consent or as otherwise permitted by law.
