Rawform ships furniture via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carriers, typically palletized. Please review the following before ordering:
Lead Times
Standard in-stock items typically ship within [X] business days of order confirmation; custom, made-to-order, and large-quantity orders may require longer production lead times, which will be confirmed at the time of order or quote. Actual transit time depends on the freight carrier and delivery location.
Delivery Type
Standard LTL delivery is curbside — the carrier delivers to the ground level of your delivery address, not inside the building. Liftgate service (for locations without a loading dock) and inside/white-glove delivery are available as add-on services; select these at checkout or request them through your Rawform rep, as they carry additional freight fees.
Residential & Limited-Access Deliveries
Additional surcharges apply for residential addresses, limited-access delivery locations, and appointment-required deliveries. These will be quoted prior to
shipment.
Inspection at Delivery
Please inspect all pallets/cartons for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage directly on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage (not visible until unpacking) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — see Section 13 for the full damage claims process.
Freight Cost
Freight is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and is either shown at checkout or quoted directly by a Rawform rep for large/multi-item orders (see Section 4.4 — orders over 20 units).
