By accessing or using byrawform.com and placing an order with Rawform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products & Pricing
Rawform sells restaurant and bar seating products (dining chairs, bar/counter stools, booths and banquettes) intended for commercial/hospitality use. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Large or custom orders may require a manual quote that supersedes the listed price.
2. Orders & Fulfillment
Rawform operates a dropship fulfillment model: products ship directly from our manufacturing/dealer partners to the address you provide. Estimated lead times and ship dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Title and risk of loss for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the freight carrier.
3. Payment
Full or deposit payment (as specified at checkout or in your quote) is required before an order is placed with our manufacturing/dealer partner. Approved Trade Account holders may be offered net payment terms per their account agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rawform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or delayed opening dates) arising from delayed shipments, freight carrier issues, or manufacturer production delays. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) at issue.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Rawform is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. [Developer note: insert actual state of incorporation once finalized.]
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
